I woke up some more when the world suddenly tipped and jostled. My tail ached from all the strain it had borne in the past few minutes, though they had felt like hours.

"Where am I?" I asked, when I could speak. JUST KIDDING! I really said: "HOLEY CRAP!!" and jerked in the arms of whoever was carrying me. I said this one: because I was still mostly naked from the waist up (though I had been covered by some sort of blanket), and two: because the people I was with were, as far as I could tell, human, and from the waist down, I was still a seal. They couldn't be allowed to see my true form, they couldn't!

no they won't censor the internet, the protests worked, a bill has never lost popularity so quickly.

It felt like i was slowly falling asleep. It was painless. I smiled as I collapsed on the floor. I knew I did the right thing.

I smiled and closed the door behind the detective. All of a sudden I felt faint. I collapsed. I felt like I was on fire.

i sit next to her and wrap my arms around her, rubing her back with one of my hands just try and relax. whats wrong? i'm worried. thats it. i'm just worried, i cant describe it any other way

Eventually, at the point where the glow from the girl would have been blindingly bright (though again, I couldn't see) I felt her flesh shift, and her body collapsed to the ground. Her spirit stood there, looking around, lost (ha ha), and I quickly grabbed it up and departed, sinking through the floor. The events of today could not bear thinking about.

alright i'll be right back.. i kiss the top of her head and stand up. i run to get the pills and bring them to her, along with a blanket. she gets cold and even i thought that the floor was a little cold in here. i pull her onto my lap so she wasnt sitting on the floor, and i cover us both with the blanket, but made sure that if she had to she sould reach the toilet

I was freezing, colder than I'd ever been as a seal. I needed to put the rest of my skin back on.

The other two weren't concentrating on me. The one that had rescued us seemed to have collapsed, and the boy was (what was Drek doing??? lol, that sounds wrong). I slipped back into the skin, pulling the folds up around my head. It wasn't such a great body to have on land. My eyesight was terrible, and I felt like I weighed a thousand pounds. I needed to get back in the water.
