I woke up a couple hours later, kinda confused because I couldn't actually remember falling asleep in the first place. It took me a moment to realise that I was in Kyle's bed, not mine, and then I frowned as I felt the cold bracelet against my wrist and looked down at it. Not a dream, no matter how much I wished it to be, it wasn't a dream. Hearing a clicking noise, I looked in the direction of it and quickly took off my bracelet, putting it in one of the pockets of my jeans. I didn't want Kyle to think I was breaking up with him because I was ill and probably gonna die in a month, he wouldn't just let me go if he knew that, I needed him to think I genuinely didn't like him anymore. Sure it'd hurt, but not as much as having your girlfriend die on you. Taking a deep, shakey breath, I sat up in the bed, only to be consumed by dizziness before I lay back down. Great, how was I going to make a speedy escape after breaking up with Kyle? Heaving a sigh, I wiped a couple already-forming tears from my eyes and looked towards Kyle. "Kyle, I- I need to talk with you..." Here goes the most hardest thing I've ever had to do.

Of course I already knew, however I decided just to let her talk, I didn't want her to think I had snooped on her while she slept. "Hmm? What about?" I said as I turned around in my desk chair. Whee! I loved spinny desk chairs! Haha!

"I-" My ears flattened against my head as I looked into Kyle's eyes, then O quickly looked away. Come on, Taylor. It's either do this or cause Kyle nothing but pain when I die on him. If I just broke up with him and left, he wouldn't have to deal with my death and stuff. I had to do this for his sake. Taking a deep, shaky breath, I forced myself upright, closig my eyes a little as I waited for the dizziness to subside. "I'm sorry Kyle, we have to break up." Tears were already filling my eyes, because I didn't want to do this, I wanted to be selfish and keep Kyle in my last month, but I just couldn't let him be with me, knowing that I'd die soon due to not having money for medication, and I deffinately couldn't let him cry over my dead body, it killed me inside just thinking it, imagining it...

I might start speaking my mind too, since I tend to do so when I'm sufferig from mood swings and this week it's the monthly and next week I might be put on the pill, which also causes mood swings so... Yeah... *Shrugs.*

James held up his glass to the bartender for a refill and chuckled as the girls left, nodding at them. He turned to Caius with a smile that didn't last very long. He had not expected Caius to be so upset with him! It was a relief when the drink came. "Of course you are still in a relationship." When the drink was set in front of him he took a quick drink before continuing. It helped calm him a bit. "It was indeed enjoyable to talk with him. And yes, he is rather handsome. But you are far more interesting. And far more open to my advances." He felt comfortable enough to chuckle again. "He is straight, my love."

It never ceased to amaze James exactly how un-princely Caius was sometimes. He became so jealous of such common folk and always seemed to want to do work which was a different matter entirely. It was sort of cute really. As one of the servant class James felt totally at home drinking at a bar and flirting with people. It would have almost been expected only a couple hundred years ago. Even if he were dating a prince then too. His caste wasn't expected to be very civilized and he just rolled with it.

(( I really lost my train at the end there, so random slang. ))

Lie, Taylor. This might be hurting him now, but it's hurting a lot less than it would if you died while in a relationship with him. I took another shakey breath and wiped the tears from my eyes, refusing to look into Kyle's eyes still though I knew he was crying because his voice had gone muffley like it always did when people were crying. "I-I just don't love you anymore-" Biggest lie of the century. "I just think it'd be better if we- if we just stay out of each other's lives from now on." That was kind of true, but I was using it in a different context. In my mind I kept thinking, 'Please, just let me go. Things will be easier for you this way.'

The only words that seemed to calm me were the ones about the man being straight, the fact that James found me more interesting seemed to do little to relax me, because I did not find myself interesting at all. Perhaps my past was interesting, but that was centuries ago, the past was far behind me and now I was rather boring, actually. Heaving a relieved sigh at the news that the man was straight and would not be taking my James away from me, I took a sip of my drink and dared myself to nuzzle James' neck in public. "Good. You aree mine, never forget that, my beloved." I mumbled against his neck, pressing a few light kisses there for extra measure.

Kyle: I sighed. That was a lie. I knew it was. "Look me in the eyes and say that Taylor." I said as I looked at her, however I knew she wouldn't be able to do it. Then I realised something. "Taylor. You're not leaving me because you're ill..." The look on her face said it all. "No...". I got up and walked over to her, hugging her gently and carefully pulled her down onto the bed. "Taylor. I've got a job. We can afford it, Tay. Don't feel as if I'd leave you just because of that. I'll stick with you no matter what." I told herand pressed a kiss to her cheek.

He knew. Damn it, now he'd never let me go. As he talked about being about to afford the medication, I broke down into tears, because that was exactly what I didn't want to happen. "Y-You shouldn't have to pay for me, Kyle! You should ha-ve to pay for stuff f-for you, not- me." I sobbed, hiding my head in my hands and using said hands to wipe away my tears, though it didn't work because I just kept crying. "I-I don't want you to feel like- like you have to take care o-of me, I-I don't wa-nt to cause you trouble and be a burden. A-And besides, this is life-long, you can't p-put up with me and my illness for that long, I-I don't even think I- can." I could feel my heart rate speeding up from all the crying but I didn't care right now, besides, it wasn't crying that would cause me to possibly die, it was stress, so I'd be fine for now.

DX Even my bras are, like, too small now! I think they've grown a couple sizes which isn't a bad thing but I don't have fitting bras now! DX Yeah, that happens. Go get some bigger bras and maternity clothes, and keep them in case you decide on Yuffie Jr 2. Yeeeaah, a second kid's not gonna happen, but thanks for the advice, I'll go do that tomorrow. *Flops onto the couch next to Bex and sees that Bex has chocolate.* Ooh! Can I have some? :3 No, I don't give chocolate to bra-less women. *Smirks.* Go and find Jason, I'm sure he'd love to give a bra-less woman chocolate XD *Narrows eyes.* You're mean. *Shrugs.* I'm a b**** when I'm pregnant.
