If not they would need to find a vampire already in town and use them to lure the human back to the mansion.

And that still left the question of how to find such a person. James didn't think it would be too hard though. "We look for scars either on their neck or wrists. If they're out for a bite they'll likely leave them exposed to let the vampires find them." What may be other indicators again? Oh, it had been so long since he'd seen willing humans. Aside from seeing the occasional human feed their vampire partner. "Look for paleness too. Or someone who looks dizzy." Though at a bar those might not be so hard to find. But it would mean they were freshly fed on.

They got to the bar and were easily let it. James dropped Caius' hand, not sure he wanted others realizing they were together. Yes, things had improved for their kind but not amazingly. Now all they had to do was wait and watch. And perhaps check out back to see if someone was already feeding.

Maybe just telling people how you feel without being drunk. And maybe taking control a bit. You're a pushover honestly. Giselle came in and walked all over you and you're doing nothing about it. Be a man and tell her. That is what I mean.
