And I was wondering if we could age Cody and KJ two years, so she'd be 7 and Cody would be 9 years old...

All day I had been working on a new song, and when Cody came home I was desperate to show him it. We both sat at the piano bench - yup, we had a piano now, it was the only thing I felt was missing from the house - and I started playing it to him. After a while, Cody picked up the chorus and started singing it with me, causing me to grin. He had a great voice, but then again, he was a Wilson so of course he had a great voice! I didn't tell Cody the song was about him, I wanted him to realise it for himself, to realise that he shouldn't be shy, that he should speak up and speak his mind so that others could 'Read all about it'.

Tyler: I smiled at the song that they were both playing when I came home,I could see that they were busy so, I walked up to the piano. "So, what would you like for dinner?" I asked with a smile, once they had finished of course.

Once the song was finished, I ruffled Cody's hair a little and stood up. As Tyler asked about dinner, I shook my head and smiled at him. "It's ok, I'll cook dinner tonight, just let me know what you and the boys want." I was feeling ok today, not sick, maybe a little grumpy this morning, maybe a little tired, but I was sure I'd survive long enough to cook dinner.

Tyler: I frowned a little, the way she spoke made it seem as if I had cooked dinner every night or something, whereas it was Bex who usually cooked. "Come on Bex, you need to relax and take it easy, why don't you have a talk with TJ, you know, give him some advice on how to please his girlfriend, or something." I said. "I just don't want you to hurt yourself." I told her with a soft smile as I pressed a kiss to her forehead.

Ok, the whole 'I don't want you to get hurt' thing p***ed me off. My eyes narrowed at Tyler. "First of all, the dad is meant to give the girlfriend talk, second of all I'm not gonna get hurt from cooking dinner! I feel fine, I don't need to relax! I just need to cook the damn dinner!" Out of the corner of my eye, Cody was frozen on the piano bench wide eyed. He'd never seen us fight before and, to be honest, neither did I, but Tyler was just being ridiculous, especially since my nausea and stuff was subsiding!

Tyler: Well... This was most deffinitely a first. I felt sorry for Cody, just caught in the middle of an argument, so I knew that we had to stop, for Cody's sake. After all, it was just a dinner. I sighed and let my voice soften up, "Alright." I told her with a smile. "So Cody, sausage, mash and peas sound good to you?" I asked the terrified little boy.

Meh. I was hoping it would last longer, but, meh. It's not like Tyler to fight. *shrug*

Cody nodded and then quickly ran upstairs. Damn it. "This is your fault, you know." I told Tyler, walking in the kitchen to cook dinner. "If you had just let me cook dinner straight away without spouting all that 'I don't want you to get hurt' c***, Cody wouldn't have freaked out and run upstairs!" I was kinda having a moment where I just needed to let out my anger, so the rage wasn't going to stop just yet. "For crying out loud, it's not as if I'm bungee jumping off of a cliff or anything." I mumbled as I started getting the food out of the fridge and freezer.
