Well, yeah, I guess Justin technically is royal but since no one else knows (Besides his family in Heaven, and his little friendship group at the mansion) and he'd like to keep it that way, he's just a normal person to everyone else. Either way, the council will probably never find out that Justin's royalty so they'll believe him to be a commoner.

I grinned and looked ahead "Well, It can be a secret surprised. I mean, you've seen me in a bikini already so it wouldnt effect you much." Getting a text from Kelly, I pulled out my phone and looked at it, only to laugh and put it away "Trent is going to be shocked." she shook her head "Lets just say this little thing I have in mind will make his face turn red." Looking back at Zack, I seen the smile on his face "Do you really want to know what I have up my sleeve?" I knew he would still ask but hey, maybe he wanted it to be a surprise (Its funny cause all i remember is wanting them to act out the most dramatic scene in their bathing suits. Like girls as lifeguards and guys as the men who 'drown' xD I dont remember how I planned it out tho..)

"I see.." he said, opening his eyes and looking at her. He took her hand and squeezed it softly "The Alchemists are always around..going to a forest by an immortal mansion is kind of under the radar but sometimes not. Those woods always hold something as far as i've noticed. You might have been a little bit afriad." he pointed out, "We can always do this whenever you want. If you're comfortable with it, I mean. No pressure." he kissed her cheek "I'll do anything to make my Juliet happy." he smiled gently, trying his best to lighten the mood.
