*Closes her eyes and takes deep breaths, not opening her eyes until she feels calmer about 3 minutes later.* Maybe I just need a distraction from all this. Since I can't drown my sorrows anymore, I need to find some other way of coping, maybe a distraction would suffice... *Glances over at Holland, then frowns as she replays her girlfriend's words in her head.* Look, you may not be able to give me something for once, but don't beat yourself up about it, you've already given me so much more than I deserve. *Gets up and joins Holland on the bed, resting a hand on her knee.* Maybe we should go out tomorrow. We can get away from this town for a day and just do something fun together. Now that I've got my motorcycle it wouldn't be hard to just leave and go wherever the road takes us.

*Goes to sit down on the couch but notices the disapproving look on his mother's face.* Look, I didn't know Abby would freak out, ok? She's not even friends with Rose anymore. You still shouldn't have kept it from her, you know how she feels about people close to her leaving. *Sighs.* I'm sorry, I'll find a way to make it up to her tomorrow...

Now lets see if there's a seat left in the flight tomorrow. *Reacjes out for his laptop that was sitting on the coffee table and starts it up.* If there is a seat, we might no be sat together. Is that ok? I'll just leave you two alone. *Gets up and leaves the rec room.*

He probably got it done by now. He's quick to get on things. He was surprised when I called though, since I never call him. Even if I did ask for money, he seemed to sound happy to hear from me.

He's always too busy doing his schemes and blackmailing people. Its how he lives apparently. But I do know he cares.

He must care if he's giving you enough money for a flight. Are you going to go to college too? It might be too late to enroll, but if your dad's good at blackmailing maybe he can get you in somehow.

I can wait till they start letting people enroll. Blackmailing a school wouldnt be easy. But if I'm not in college, i'll get a job and pay rent. Maybe do some hunting here and there

They'll probably start accepting applications in May, but even if you get in you wont be able to attend until September. Got any plans for what classes you want to do?
