TA; He shrugged and gripped the edge of the couch cushion as he lowered himself onto the couch, folding his hands over his torso. "You know, there's a lot of people who kiss when they aren't in a relationship, and there's nothing wrong with it." Wait... That sounded like he didn't want to be in a relationship with her... "I don't mind asking you out again. I just thought... Uh, that i should inform you..." Great. That sounded rude and there was a chance she would get mad. "Uh, sorry. That came off different than i wanted it to." He pat a spot on the couch and looked up at her with those eyes that begged for her to sit with to him. He wasn't sure when he would say it, but he would say it sometime.

Really Trenton? Really? I rolled my eyes at him but sat down beside him anyway because I couldn't say no to those damn 'Puppy begging' eyes, although it hadn't escaped my mind that he hadn't called me his girlfriend. I thought that that was what he wanted! I thought he's wanted me to be his girlfriend since he was 8? Men, why did I even bother? Why was I bothering now? Patting my leg, I watched Jupiter jump up onto my lap and I scratched behind his ear as I addressed Trent. "People who kiss outside of a relationship? Name some. Give me examples." I challenged, not believing this. I mean, unless you were a little kid who was just micmicking your parents or you was hoping the kiss would result in a relationship - or if you were completely drunk - it just didn't happen.

"Yeah, but your cousin and Brady and your mom and dad and my mom and dad probably kissed in the hopes of a relationship." He had a point about the latter though, I mean, I went to that stupid school, I had seen how desperate some of them were to get laid, but they were idiots to just sleep with anyone for the sake of it. Pretty much dismissing what Trent had said, I added, "I'd rather not kiss outside of a relationship anyway so... Yeah..." And since Trent hadn't asked me out again, a kiss wasn't going to happen so I may as well give up right. Halfway through the awkward silence, I sighed and rose to my feet, holiding the tiny Jupiter in my arms. "I'm gonna go up to bed. I guess I'll see you in the morning or something. I said, heading upstairs, to my room to get changed and then to Trent's room since I promised to sleep beside him, although now I was kind of regretting it. At least I'd get to go to prom if I held up my end of the deal, though...
((Trent can run after Abby if he wants. *Shrugs.*))

TA; Wait, wait, wait. Okay, now she was running away. Was he supposed to ask her out right there and then? Fantastic. She had already left the room, but he figured he could catch up to her. Hopping up from the couch, he ruffled his hair and sighed as he left the room. He followed the path up to her new room and finally got right behind her halfway down the hallway. He reached an arm out and encircled her waist, pulling her to his side with a slight smirk. Yeah, the two years he had to himself had proved to be somewhat beneficial. He knew how to be smooth with things like this. Or at least he thought so. "Wanna be my girlfriend?" He asked her with a smirk that was both cute and alluring.

Ok, so it wasn't that he didn't want to date me, it was that he was a stupid idiot, as always. The little smirk showed that he was trying to charm me and although somewhere inside me was falling for it, the rest of me decided to get some revenge. "No thanks, I think I'll pass." I answered, pushing Trent's arm away from my waist and walking to my room. I just left him there, looking at me confused and in shock, but at the last second as I opened my door, a tiny smirk of my own crept onto my face as I said, "I'll see you in a minute, boyfriend." And, with that, I entered my room, set down Jupiter and began changing into my PJs, trying to imagine what Trent's reaction was.

TA; He had forgotten how crazy she was, and even though he didn't mind her teasing, his stomach did drop a little with her initial answer. But hey, she was okay with it, and that was okay with him. Reaching out to open his door, he smiled to himself and walked into his room to apparently wait for Abby.

that sucked sorry. I'm watching dance moms. lol
