Dayna: I went over to the bed and sat down as instructed, listening to him. I nodded, "Yes, that's correct, and I'm about four months along, give or take." It was just a rough estimate because I lost track of time and wasn't precisely sure what day my pregnancy began. Bex hadn't been this big at four months, and neither was I when I had Kara, and I had done things pretty much the same. Although I was hungrier this time around. So that had caused me a slight worry as well, although I had tred not to over eat.

I could see the shock in the doctor's face before it quickly turned into a professional mask. Oh gosh, Dayna really wasn't meant to be this big! I began wringing my hands as I got more nervous, to worried to even act like I was ok now, and I was an actor for crying out loud! 'I see... Well then, lets have a look at what's going on in your womb. Can you please move your shirt to expose your stomach, Mrs Scott?' As Dayna did so, Dr Tanner started setting up the ultrascan machine thingy, which looked really weird to me but hey, I was new to this. He squeezed some sort of gel onto the stick thing and then walked around to the other side of Dayna. 'This might be a little cold.' He warned her as he squeezed a bit more gel on her stomach, then put the stick on it. I couldn't see the screen well from where I was but I could see that as he wiggled it, something came up. 'Aha, here it is.' He wiggled the stick a little more - to get a better view, I guess - then examined it carefully. 'That explains it. Mrs Scott, you're giving birth to twins, not a single baby!' What? My face paled a little in shock, a part of me denying it; there must've been a mistake, we only wanted one baby so there had to be a mistake, right? But then Dr Tanner turned the screen to face us more and I saw the evidence for myself. 'See? Two heads, two bodies, two heartbeats; twins. Congratulations!' What?!

*Smiles and quickly pulls off his hoodie while leading her outsde and into the forest* I found her in a town about a week ago, I've put posters up and everytning, but she has no collar or even a chip, I think she's stray. *heads into a small cave where the puppy was* I've been feeding her and giving her plenty of water and kept her warm with blankets, if nobody phones Kyle up in the run up to Christmas, I'm going to give her to Taylor for christmas, but is there any chance you could keep her in your room until then? I know it's a lot to ask, but I want it to be a suprse and I don't want her to like, catch soething and become ill...

Dayna: The cold gel made my skin tingle slightly, but the coolness had an odd, relaxing effect on my. When he told us I was having twins, I think I nearly passed out. I took some deep, slow breaths to calm myself down. Oh gosh. Twins. At the moment, the information was taking a little while to process. My mouth had gone dry too. "Twins?" I finally managed to get out. I closed my eyes, not knowing how to react really. "Wow." I added. Well, at least now I knew that there was nothing wrong with me or the baby - babies. I was speechless. Completely, utterly speechless. Twice as much as we bargained for! I rubbed my forehead slightly, feeling as if the information was too much. Oh god! How the heck would Bex react?!

Twins? Oh gosh! I had mentally prepared myself for one baby, not two! Now it was going to be twice the loud crying and twice the work and- and how were we going to cope?! Damn it, Matt, pull yourself together! If you panic, then Dayna will panic and we both needed to be calm for the sake of the baby... Babies... Oh gosh! "I-It's going to be ok." I tried reassuring both me and Dayna, but I didn't so sure about that, so I started listing reasons why we'd be ok. "We have enough money to provide for them both, we have enough space, Kara-Jayne will help us look after them and we... Well, I-I could turn down a movie and a couple music videos if needed and you don't go to the recording studio often anyway... And even if we were busy, Xavier and Nathalie would look after them for us. We just need to think of 4 baby names, not two." Two boys names and two girls names. Taking deep breaths like Dayna, I reached my hand out to her, squeezing it gently. 'Exactly, everything will be fine. You'll have two happy healthy babies by the end of it.' I wasn't really paying attention, but out of the corner of my eye I could see the doctor clicking a button and heard the noise of some sort of machine in the corner of the room before he switched off the monitor and began cleaning up the equipment, handing paper towels to Dayna so that she could wipe off her stomach. Twins... I just... Apart from the panic, I just couldn't think, I was mentally speechless, if that even makes sense.
