Dayna: I was getting really big really quickly, and admittedly, I was slightly worried. So instead of my next appointment being in the new year, I had gotten one just before. Bex had agreed to pick Kara up if I was still at the hospital, and Matt was driving us there. He wouldn't let me go alone even if I tried. When we got there, I was directed to the ward and when I got there I was feeling kind of nervous and a bit anxious too. I nearly passed the room, but thankfully Matt was more focussed than I was and stopped me from wandering off.

Dayna nearly passed the room so I had to quickly and carefully pull her back. "Woah there, we're in this room." I chuckled a little, hoping to lighten the mood because, well, we both knew that either we had a crazily big baby or something was up, but if Dayna worried about it, then it might affect the baby more. "Don't worry about it, everything's gonna be just fine." I reassured my wife, kissing her forehead before knocking and entering, seeing a guy dressed rather smartly - a button up shirt and slacks - at a computer. "Uhhh, Dr Tanner?" He turned around and looked at us, and I could see now that the computer had Dayna's information and medical records on it. 'Ah, Mr and Mrs Scott! I see you found the room well.' "Actually, someone almost walked past it." Gesturing to Dayna, I watched as Dr Tanner laughed slightly. 'Well at least you had your husband here to watch out for you. Please take a seat on the bed, Mrs Scott.' Releasing Dayna's hand, I sat in the chair beside the bed, watching the doctor study the computer screen again. 'Now the receptionist who took your call informed me that you booked your scan earlier than required because you believed yourself to be larger than expected, is that correct? How far along are you, if you don't mind my asking?'
