She grinned as he tried to explain what Pancakes were. And she followed him into the kitchen and leaned back against the counter watching as he cooked.

I quickly mixed up enough batter for 4 pancakes (the big flat ojes, not the tiny puffed up ones) and added butter to the frying pan. Once the butter was melted I added the batter to make one of the pancakes. Whilst that was slow cooking, I made some scrambled eggs and grilled some tomatoes to make the savoury toppings. Then I placed the now cooked pancake on a plate and added the toppings. Grabbing a knife and fork just in case, I walked over to Isolt and showed her the pancake. "Do you want to try it or would you rather eat something else?" I asked, hoping that she'd at least try the pancake.

I'm prefectly capable of loving! *glares at Mort for assuming too much* I'm just not gonna throw my heart away to some guy. Too often hearts get broken and it's not worth it. Plus they're a waste of time.

But if you don't take the risks, you don't know what you're missing out on! You could find the perfect guy and be like 'Nope, not going to risk heartbreak.' and boom! He's gone forever and the next thing you know, you'll be an old woman with 37 cats!!! And not all boys are a waste of time, trust me.
