Great, haven't even been here a day and I'm doing to carers jobs. I can handle majority of things, but I had to hold this special bottle thing in place whil grandad emptied his bag. Then I had to flush it down the toilet but seriously? They had been like 10 minutes ago and they didn't think to do that?
