I don't know about runny noses but holding your breath and shaking your head up and down helps clear stuffed noses.

Yeah but I do need to money, and I'm the only person working on Saturday mornings by myself. The other guy got fired so, along with cooking, cleaning, and cashiering. I have to make dough. -_-

1st disc I believe. Tifa decides to get herself captured by the perverted Don Corneo in order to knock a few questions out of him, Cloud doesn't realise this and goes 'Holy s***! We need to save her!' and hence Miss Cloud is born XD
