I'm not really sure, I can't say that I've ever really cared about anyone on a deeply intimate level. I've been with people, who I know I could care for, but I never do. I suggest trying to earn their affection back, or earn it at all. Show them you're worthy, and if all else fails just get them out of your system. Push them out of your thoughts and keep thriving, show them exactly what they're missing but for yourself, not for them. *shrugs and removes her jacket, tossing it to the other end of the couch* I'm a lot older than you, I've got wisdom in lots of things but caring for people isn't one of them.

Ah, that's a bummer. Kinda ironic though, that the day she tells you it shouldn't be too bad it's awful. Sorry you got sunburned, though its not my fault. I've heard it really sucks.

It does, but apparently it goes quickly. But yeah, really ironic. I shuldn't have listened to mum, though, in the first place. She's the kind of woman to never wear sun cream and not care how burnt she gets :/

That's how my mom is. She's super pale and doesn't put any sunscreen on but doesn't care. It's pretty ridiculous, because she'll get super burnt and peel and its gross but it doesn't seem to affect her.

Yeah, our mums are simular like that :/ Ugh, especially the peeling!

The peeling is the worst part, I think. I'm glad I don't burn, I'd be obsessed with getting it off and I'm positive it would be awful.

Perhaps, I dunno. Is it still in the "don't touch me" kind of phase? My brother always got really mad because I would intentionally pat him on the back or grab his arms when he was burnt.

*Comes back down once she has dealt with Abby.* It was in the 'Don't touch me' phase yesterday, yeah. Not today, thankfully.

So, it's getting better then. I've noticed they don't stick around long. It seems I've studied sunburns from an outside view here. My mother and brother always get them because they lack the Native American skin I have I guess and I've practically watched every moment of its cycle in awe. I've just noticed how weird I am... Well then, that's wonderful.

It's ok to be weird, especially when it's to do with something that you don't have to deal with. Because you'e never experienced it, you find it fascinating when those around you experience it. I guess I'm like that with mental disorders and stuff, because quite a few of my friends have some form of mental disorder and everytime it's brought up in conversation, I'm just there trying to hold back my huge list of questions so that I don't come off sounding insensitive!

Exactly, that's how I feel. However, I must bid you farewell, I am starting to doze off and I'm not going to reject sleep. Goodnight, or morning to you anyway.

Sierra: I smiled lightly and happily, a geniune smile. Something that only appeared near Denzel. He had been acting rather odd tonight, but I decided not to dwell on it. Removing my arms from around his neck and took his hand in my own. "Let's go," I murmured into his ear in return before allowing him to lead me away from the crowd and outside.
