Okay, so I'm planning on cooking this spanish style chicken on friday, but I don't know what to serve it with because we have to present it, and I don't know whether to have it with like, sauteed((?)) potatoes, or like, a bit of msah, and have no idea for the veg! DX

Sauteed potatoes or new potatoes with a hint of butter, maybe some garlic-y butter.

I think I'll do sauteed potatoes, cause Jess did them last week, she literally cut them up and put them into the pan XD although I'm tempted to make them look a bit like wedges, like the shape of a cresent moon or something, a bit more decorative. Then I don't know what veggies to do... Hmmm... Asparagus? XD

I'm getting sort of the same. They want me to go to the pub and buy drinks for them when it's my birthday but I'm like, I'm going to go to pubs when I'm older, but if I do it won't be with my parents. Pubs are for socializing, my worst enemy. And they have weird old men in them. I'm not talking to narrow-minded people.

I just don't want a 'Tradition' or 'Right of Passage' to involve a place that I despise -_- I don't even want to go to the pub on my birthday but they wont let me get out of it -_-

A right of passage is something we decide ourselves. It's individual, not something we're told to do. Makes me so angry
