It was around 4 or so in the morning as I woke up from small pain in my stomach. I was thinking it was just the kid shifting around since it was close to the due date. I sat up making sure not to wake Corey and walked to the bathroom and went to the bathroom. I then went downstairs to relax alittle since I went to bed early that night I wasn't tired much right now. I turned on the tv and sat on the couch laying on my side with a pillow under my stomach. I then fell sleep into a light nap when a July of pain it my lower stomach almost as a cramp but painful. I turned up alittle and looked down at my stomach. The kid was moving more then normal which questioned me. I got up and held my stomach an waddled upstairs to the room and hit Corey with a pillow. "Corey! WAKE UP!" I say hitting him once more. "Something's up with the baby and I'm not sure what!"

Alice was already in the car, waiting for Aaran to come back out with the bag he said he would prepare for when she ever was going into labor (right...?). As soon as he came out, put the bag in the car and got in the driver's side, he already had driven off to the store "You're lucky you got me to go out." she giggled lightly and looked at him "Once we get the cribs, we're all done." she leaned the back of the seat back so she could be more confortable with her stomach.

Corey: Groaning under the pillow I had pulled over my head to block out her hitting, I lifted one of my hands and reached out to touch her stomach. It felt weird of course, but something I read said that if her stomach was tightening like that I was contractions, I think. Worried, I shot up and placed both hands gently on her stomach. "How long have you been havin them? How often?" Pehaps I was asking too much at one time, but I couldn't help it. I was practically freaking out. I mean, our son was coming now and it was a bit quicker than I first anticipated. I looked down from her eyes to her stomach and felt her stomach tighten under my palms. "I think it's contractions, or a book said something like that. We better get to a hospital before it gets too late to move you."

Aaran: "cribs hmm? I suppose that's not much. Although, we're buying two so it'll be a good chunk of change. Do you suppose that the kids will sleep in the nursery? Because I was thinking we could keep them in the bed for a few nights, just because I don't know if I'll be able to part from them." It was his kids after all, something he had wished for since he was human and when it was natural to have children. Now he'd have two small children to care for, little newborns with small hands and feet, little fingers and toes. It was practically incredible for him to imagine them, even though he knew they existed for sure.

(sorry for the sudden third person, I just started and it sorta flowed.)

"It's only been happening for the last 45 minutes since I woke up. The pain isn't that bad but I guess your right. We should get going. But I'll need clothes for when I get out of the hospital. And the car seat and all of that. You have that a in a bag right? Didn't you prepare just in case this did happen early?" I asked. I was nervous but I didn't want to show it and scare the crap out of him even more. I looked down at my stomach and felt a tighter pain which made me grip the first thing I could. Which were the shorts Corey was wearing. Lucky it wasn't enough to pull his shorts down or rip them cause I didn't need to worry about a naked husband driving me to the hospital right now.

Corey: "I put the bag around here someplace..." Moving my hands, I tugged her tight fingers away from my shorts and walked towards the closet. Once I had the bag I set it beside the bed and grabbed the carseat from the next room. "Stay here, and I'll be right back. I'm just going to go out everything in the car and then I'll come and get you." I walked out of the room with the two large items in my hands and downstairs towards where the front door was. I didn't even bother to put on a shirt or shoes before going outside, but I was scrambling. After the bag was put into the back seat and the carseat was buckled down tight, I jogged back into the house and upstairs. Now I had time to grab a shirt and slip on a pair of shoes before I helped my wife from the bed. "C'mon, let's go. I don't want you having him here." I tried to chuckle but I was too nervous, so I just brushed it off as I helped her towards the bedroom door.

Alice smiled "We could but then again we cant because their heads. They cant support them and they cant toss and turn. Unless we sleep on our backs while holding them." she closed her eyes, rubbing her stomach like she always had. Alice was so happy with these children. "Wait, I keep forgetting, they might get their strength faster." she smiled "Duh Alice." after a bit, she heard a pop, and soon enough, she was feeling water soak her butt, then massive pain. She winced in pain "Aaran." she tried not to scream, it really hurt with both twins.
