The House Of Immortality

I'm changing his profile, making it more detailed. I wrote that when he wasn't very well-developed in my mind. Now I can add more. Plus I'll drop his age a few years. He doesn't really feel 16 to me anymore.

Candi- Marco's birthday was coming up and I hadn't gotten him a card or present or anything! I was a horrible sister! I sighed and pulled on a hoodie before hitting the shops. Not literally that is... I walked around the town slowly, glancing into each window to see if there was anything cheap but nice in there. After a while I gave up and walked down the side of a river which led into a lake, I sat down at the edge, it was so peaceful here, a park or something, it was deserted though, oh well. I looked up at the sky, frowning a little at the clouds, it soon began to rain, of well, I didn't care, I leant back on the grass, looking up still.

Dane- "You didn't seem to mind those other times. In fact... You seemed to really enjoy it earlier! So you can't enjoy it when Jeremy sees?" I shook my head and smirked a bit. "You're really somethin', you know?" That's why I loved her I guess.

Tanya- "Hm?" I said, looking up at him. "Oh, ya, I'm ok! I just, I dunno... I just wanted to.." Had I freaked him out a bit? Oh.. I didn't mean to... Oops.. "Sorry, I can stop." Well, I didn't want to but ok. I wanted to kiss him more! Maybe on his lips this time. Ok, what the hell was I talking about? I mean, I was acting really weird! I needed to start thinking straight..

Lye: The rain reflected my mood. Suddenly, I needed to get out of the masses of cheerful people, dashing under awnings or huddling under umbrellas. I didn't mind the wet. It was chilly, but I could handle it. I made my way through back roads to a nice pond. This place was pretty quiet. No one would be out at a time like this. But there was someone... Frowning, I noticed the girl, arms wrapped around her knees, face turned up to the sky. What was she doing here? I sat down, too, under a tree so my jeans wouldn't get soaked. Despite myself, I watched her out of the corner of my eye.

Rider: she helpped

Marco- "It's fine Tanya, I don't really mind." I say with a tiny laugh, I really wasn't focusing on the movie, I was focusing on her... SHe really was beautiful....

Candi- This was nice, it gave me time to myself and time to think... Why did it have to be me who had dyslexia? Why did I have to be bullied at school? Wy was it me who had to be bitten by a werewolf? Why was the world so cruel? I sighed, people probably thught I was crazy, sat out here in the pouring rain, but I kind of liked the rain... It was somehow relaxing and soothing and just... Nice I guess. I closed my eyes and layed back onto the damp grass I didn't mind though...

Lye: I watched the girl sigh and lie back. She looked how I felt. For a minute, I thought, just let her deal with it, it's none of my business, but I remembered how no one had ever tried to comfort me when I was upset. Someone ought to there for her, if only to listen. Even if it was a total stranger. I decided to at least try to talk to her, and if she didn't want to talk, oh well. I got up from my little dry spot under the tree and went over to her, sliding down beside her. "Hey," I said.

Candi- I looked over to where the guy had sat down.... He's not going too hurt me.... I sure hoped not. "Hey." I say in a very quiet, timid voice. He was a stranger, someone I didn't know... Oh well, I guess I'd live.... Marco'd be a little annoyed at me if I got myself kidnapped again though.... Lets just hope he wasn't mean...

Lye: I thought asking "what's wrong" would be a bit forward and might upset her, plus she wouldn't tell me anything. "Wonderful weather," I said instead, though not sarcastically. "I really don't mind the rain, and it clears everyone else out pretty fast. Except for you and me."

Candi- I nodded in agreement, though not making eye contact. "Yeah, I kinda like the rain." I muttered, I was never good around boys, or people I didn't know, so combined, I was completely clueless on how to act, what to say. Oh well I'll live. I've coped this far.

Max Anderson; "Nah, it's fine. I don't want you cooking anything for my sister." I shrugged a bit and took the spoon from her. "Thanks for the spoon though." I smiled and went to go take the stuff back to Mandie, but something caught my attention. I heard someone humming one of Dayna's songs... I recognized it too... It was that one song, Jump Then Fall... I turned back around to find that it was Christina humming. "You know that song?"

Riley- he stood in the gym lifting weights and listening to the sound of his own breathing. His gray shirt was slightly covered in sweat around his neck from the workout he was doing and his face seemed made of stone as the weight didn't faze him.

Christina- "Yeah, I do." I knew all of Dayna's songs, so did the rest of the band, I'm pretty sure that they did anyway, I mean, you gotta know the songs to be able to play them, and Jump Then Fall had been stuck in my head aaaaallllllllllll day today, I just foound it a really sweet song.

Lye: "It's nice," I agreed, letting the conversation lapse into silence. I mean, I wouldn't want to spill my problems to a complete stranger either. Sometimes, just knowing someone cares is all it takes. And sitting in silence was fine . . . I shot glances at her out of the corner of my eye. She was kinda cute, I thought, but that wasn't really my business to notice.

(The next morning) When I woke up, for a moment, I forgot Rider was here. I sat up, yawned, and stretched. Mid-yawn, I realized I shouldn't have been so noisy, considering my new room-mate. But it was alright, she was already awake. "Morning," I said sleepily.

Candi- After a long and rather awkward silence, I broke it. "My name's Candi," I say, 'laugh all you want, everybody else does' I added in my mind. Everybody did laugh at my name though, I guess that's why I hated it, I had always wanted to change it, make a fresh start, you know...

Max Anderson; "Oh.. So, I'm guessing you're a fan of Dayna then?" I wouldn't blame her... Dayna has an amazing voice. She's pretty popular. And she's a beautiful girl. It's not hard for someone to become a fan of her.
