I don't know! DX I was thinking some yogurt and granola-ish stuff? Because I had something simular before which had both in 1 container thing but could literally taste the sugar on the granola, but if I bought the granola serperately from the yogurt it should be fine???

Thats good! Get a yogurt thats low in sugar and getting the granola on its own is better! Thats a good breakfast cause you're getting fiber from the granola and..whatevr you get from yogurt!

Calcium from the yogurt. And it makes it less dry. I'll tell mum tomorrow. And I shouldn't have sausage rolls for lunch anymore. I'm not a fan of bread, but I will eat it if I must (Just not in toast form) so maybe a sandwich?

Avoid bread as much as you can, you can have it occasionally though :3 so maybe 1-2 maybe 3 times a week you have a sandwhich?

you also wanna avoid cold-cuts cause sometimes the ham is fake, trust me. I broke from cold-cuts and now when I taste the ham, omfg it tastes like im eating plastic >.< also, soda is a big no-no as well. Green tea and water is good *Thumbs up* You dont have to do what I do but I just wanna help you because you really wanna lose weight and I wouldnt blame you. Especially to a wedding.
