and shes gonna open a portal to hell and try dragging all the demons into it Including the dad and such. Even darkess who would be parted from lilly and pulled into the portal.

so then like,once all the demons (family and ya) are in hell, a insane war clashes with the light and dark, the demon king sends out the demons, including the family (not lucius. but jessie) and he changed them into bad people. Lilly would have to win them back with the help of Justin, her lil bro, and Joe-IF you want him to-lol

Sounds good but one question: Would Vincent be seperated from his demons or would he be dragged down to hell with them still in his body? Because if he's seperated, well, good luck trying to defeat Hellmasker XD But if he goes down with them and becomes bad, he'd have to fight Lilly which could be interesting.

Well, he will be dragged down with them, Just as jessie will with her 3 'pals'. SO vincent and jessie can take forms. As well as darkess in her full form.
