... I was thinking about bringing Inner Moka to the rp, or someone like her... My other option was someone like Jodie from Beyond: Two Souls, so basically a human who's attached to a spirit of some sort. That 2nd one might be an interesting idea for you, Britt, although you might have to do some research if you decide to go through with it.

Britt! Hurry up with Bloodlines! Omg! I can't believe you're finally getting hooked on the story of my precious Sydney!

Anyway, to save spoilers I wont go into the story of how Jodie got connected to her spirit, Aiden, but basically Aiden is invisible, but from what I picked up, Jodie can see him as a blurry, fuzzy thing attached to her psychically kind of like in this fanart here:

With the help of Aiden, Jodie can retrieve memories from people/objects and Aiden himself can move/break things with powerful blasts of energy, choke people, possess people, switch things on and off (I think, I swear he did it a couple times), heal people and shield Jodie from fire, objects and dangerous falls. I'm guessing if your character is going to be based around this concept, they'll have similar abilities.

I might as well talk about the red and black things, although I doubt your character would come across them unless something really bad happens. They're entities from the realm of the dead. I believe they're visible to normal people but... Yeah, they're bad. They injure or kill people or sometimes even possess them so... Yeah. I believe the spirit your character would be connected to can fight them off (I think Aiden did on many occasions. Gosh, I wish Linz was here to help me remember! DX) so... Yeah...

... Ehhh, kind of. Only there's an actual attachment to a particular spirit that doesn't really go away, as opposed to just seeing lots of ghosts. Plus the conditions for becoming shadow-kissed/attached to a spirit are completely different. Although Jodie does get woozy and has nose bleeds if she uses Aiden too much. No headaches, though, I don't think... Yeah. But your spirit's kinda on your side so it wont just randomly start choking people, it'll just do it in an attempt to protect you from someone. Or if someone does something to you and p***es the spirit off.

Oh, and if you're going through with this. make sure your character never has a date XD It might just be an Aiden thing, not a general spirit thing, but the spirit might get super jealous and mess everything up. That was a fun part of the game XD

Well, it was kinda fun, because really I wanted things to go well and didn't want to mess things up, but in order to progress I (Playing as Aiden at the time) kinda had to screw things up so in the end I was just like 'Alright! LET'S BREAK EVERYTHING!!!' XD

Anyway, do you like the character idea or no?

If not, I might steal it back...
