She seemed like a ray of sunshine but I kind of understood what she meant, especially about us all having secrets. I was unsure about not getting friendly with people though, I mean, sure they might come and go and watching them leave would hurt but if you stayed antisocial wouldn't things be pretty dull around here? I took it into account anyay with a small, "Ok, thanks for the advice, I guess." It seemed like this girl was heading upstairs, so I decided to head upstairs too - I hadn't really unpacked and I really need to unpack my journals - and followed the girl. "I don't agree about us all being creatures of darkness, though, I mean, angels don't seem like 'Creatures of darkness' to me, they seem more like creatures of light, and then shapeshifters seem to be neither, but I guess if you mean 'Creatures of darkness' as in those who hide away in the shadows to avoid humans who may kill us, then I suppose you're right, except for when it comes to me and-" I realised then that I was rambling so I decided to shut up, feeling as if this girl wasn't one to mess with when someone annoyed her.

That almost made her laugh. "We're all creatures of darkness in some ways. It's just not as clear to everyone sometimes. The angels aren't exactly free of guilt either. They may live up in the heavens but that doesn't mean much," Tanya said. But then she stopped herself. Wow, she was really sounding like a gloomy bitch right now. "Take me for instance. I literally control the darkness. I can see it in other people; in everything. Humans are surrounded by some, sure. But the people here have it different. It just comes from being different like we are." She considered what the other girl said. "And if you're not hiding what you are, you should be. The humans don't just want to kill us. When they find out what we are, they enslave us; they use us."

((Yeah... She is not a very happy person. Wow.))

I just love this girl right now :') She speaks to my K-Pop loving heart! :3 I apologise for the swearing in the video but I have to agree with Tay here. All the hate for Girls Generation just because they won, it's just like... Just because they aren't as well-known as Lady Gaga and One Direction doesn't mean that people had to be so hateful towards it, and they deserved it because, and Rae's gonna hate me for this, but the music video was better than the others and it was an award for music video of the year so... Yeah... And as the girl said, they got their worldwide fame through the internet, particularly youtube, so it was kinda obvious that they'd do well. Mhmm, agreed! I don't mind haters, but when they hate over something this stupid, when they don't even know anything about Girls Generation... This girl puts my thoughts into words so I would love to meet her and give her a huge hug and a thank you!

Well I was taking everything into account until she said that humans wanted to enslave and use us, because not only was I a well-known and well-loved member of my community, but the majority of my family was human too. "Not all humans are like that, y'know." I said, my eyes narrowing slightly, wanting to stand up for what I believed in but still not wanting to make enemies, not on my first day. "Some humans are understanding and accepting. As for enslaving, I haven't heard of one of my kind who has been enslaved, and where I come from they almost treat us as if we're normal people!" Perhaps because we didn't say that we were witches exactly, but they knew we were wiccan, they knew we created remedies and 'Potions' from herbs, and they deffinately knew we did some form of magic. If they were how this girl describe them, we would've been enslaved long ago but we weren't. "As long as you make it know that you're not a threat, there should be a way to live peacefully. Isn't that how this place works? Think about it, a mansion this big can't go unnoticed by the nearby town and yet it seems peaceful here; no human's are knocking down the door to try and enslave people, and you deem it safe enough to stay here, despite it's close proximity to the town." My miniature rant was over, now that I had made my point, and I took a deep breath so that I didn't get mad again. "I'm sorry, I just think you're wrong about humans. They've evolved since the times of witch hunts and such."

Omg. tday the diet has plummeted! Sorry guys but I was starving on the way home and had to buy some tuc biscuits and some cookies, but I shared with Megan so it's okay ^_^

Yeah, she was definitely going to need a nap after this. She pushed open the door but didn't walk in yet. "Where I'm from, people aren't like that. They use what they can to get ahead and to get what they want. A lot of the time, our kind are just tools to them. So I don't know where you're from, but remember to stay near that house. Life on the streets is different. I doubt you'd be cut out for it." Those words weren't even meant to insult her, though Tanya could see how they might. Just looking at Thorn anyone could tell she wouldn't make it on the streets; her clothes were too nice and expensive, her complexion too soft. "And who knows what's going on in that town... Frankly, I'm surprised a few townsfolk don't come knocking..."

He finishes at 5, and will be here about half past. On Friday's he has an hour of band practice ^_^

Ahh, ok :)And he never invites me to band practice D: When he was in Dayna's band I got to see him play all the time and now I never get to see him play but he's so awesome on the drums! He's all like 'Boom, da boom, boom boom!' and I'm all like 'Oh my gosh! Kyle I love you, you're so awesome!' and now I can't do that Yeah he's kinda secretive about his band now. We don't know the band name, how many people are in the band, what kind of music they play, anyone would think that 'band practice' was just a cover for... Something else O.o But what would Kyle have to keep a se- O.O Nooo, you're wrong! Kyle wouldn't cheat on me! I-I mean, sure I can be a pain and he has to pay for my medication so I'm a financial pain too but... But he loves me... Right? Maaaybe, maaaybe not. ... Well... Maybe if I got a job and paid for my own medication he'd love me even more, right? What about cyber school? I dunno... I mean, I've caught up a bit but I'm not at the level someone my age should be... I should still be able to get some job though... Ooh! Babysitting! That doesn't require being good at school, it just requires being good with kids! :DEasy money! Whaaatever.

Hmm well the best way to introduce you to them would be their newest album, which consists of more pop-y songs than rock, such as Young Volcanoes, Alone Together and Where Did The Party Go (I think that's from the new one... It's catchy :3) A couple of my favourites from that album are Just One Yesterday and Rat-A-Tat-Tat, they're goimg more into the rock genre, kinda :3

Ok, I'll listen to them in a min. Does this mean that Kyle and his band are gonna be famous like Fall Out Boy too or are they just gonna play the songs?

Tanya shrugged and let the girl go. Maybe she was right, maybe she wasn't. There was really no reason for Tanya to keep trying to convince her that she was wrong though. She sighed and went into her room, closing the door behind her. A flick of the switch lit up the whole room and Tanya got to unpacking, putting her clothes away in the closet, her computer and other objects on the desk, and stuffing her cash under the mattress. She'd managed to pull most of her money from her bank account on the way out of town before the cops froze it so she definitely wasn't short on money but she didn't have enough to buy herself a new bike. That didn't matter now, though. What mattered was sleep, and sleep was just what she did.

Not famous at the minute at least. They might do what Fall Out Boy actually did :3 Play a few gigs then get signed XD

Ohh, ok ^_^ Taylor! Stop listening to Girls Generation on my laptop, I need to do stuff! Nooo! *Hugs the laptop.* Don't touch my sisters! They're not your sisters! *Tackles Taylor and a fight for use of the laptop breaks out.*
