Yay!

For the past couple of weeks I had been feeling really ill. Well, not ill ill, just tired and not hungry and really thirsty, probably from all the salt and vinegar crisps I had been eating when I could manage food - they were the only thing I could really eat on the rare occassions when I wasn't too tired to go downstairs. I'd been avoiding Kyle, not wanting to worry him about some silly little illness that'd soon go away... But it wasn't going away, it was just getting worse. Today I had more issues than just tiredness and thirstiness, I felt like I was going to be sick and I had some tummy pains. I still didn't want to worry Kyle, so instead I decided to worry my sister. I got out of bed and- and sat down straight away as the room started spinning. Seriously? My illness was making the world spin like a merry-go-round too?! Well, I had to get to Nathalie, so lets try this again. Standing up, I grabbed hold of the bedside table to steady myself and waited for the world to stop spinning before I continued walking, grabbing hold of thingsas I went because my legs felt so weak that they'd give up any second. Somehow I made it across the hallway to Natty's room, wincing at the stomach ache and pausing every now and then to wait for the dizziness to go. Once at the door, I used the handle for support and knocked on the door, having to knock twice because the first time was so quiet. "Nathalie, it's Taylor, open up please." I said as I leant against the door, already just wishing to crawl back into bed and sleep more.

Nathalie: I was already up, and wasjust brushing through my thick hair when I heard the door being knocked on, then followed by Taylor's voice, although she disdnt sound well at all! I got up immideately then headed over to the door and pulled it open. One glance at her and I knew something wasn't right. "What's wrong?" I asked immidiately as I moved out of the way of the door so she could get in.

There had been a lot of silence, so I had been tempted to leave but unfortunately my cover was blown. Caius stood in the door way, looking down at me. I couldn’t form words at this point, simply mumbling, but I cleared my throat with a massive cough and composed. “Sorry, I was tying my shoe lases.” GET ON! That was a good excess, wasn’t it? “Bye.” I hurried on away, trying not to make this anymore awkward. It wasn’t that fact they were gay that bothered me, it was the fact I can’t just been eavesdropping on them making out. Gross!

Because I was leaning against the door, I almost fell over when Nathalie suddenly opened it. How I managed to stay upright was a mystery, and a miracle, because I was so weak I propbably wouldn't be able to get up if I fell down. "I'm ill." I explained, though I guessed that was kinda obvious, so I decided to list everything that's wrong with me as I made my way slowly over to the couch, clutching everything I could so that I didn't collapse and taking little pauses whenever the dizziness got worse. "I'm tired, I haven't been able to eat much, I feel like I'm gonna be sick - luckily I haven't been yet - my tummy hurts, and -" I made it to the couch and sat down, wincing as the movement jolted my stomach and made it hurt more. "I keep getting really dizzy. I don't know what's wrong." I carefully moved to lie down on the couch and looked up at my sister. "I think I need to go to the hospital, but there's no way I'd be able to walk there by myself, not when I feel like this." We didn't have cars though, so I was pretty much doomed...

I sighed and closed the door now that Sydney was gone. "'Tying my shoe.' Of course." I mumbled before heading over to James and and sitting in his lap once more. "She is gone. And I doubt she will be bothering us again for a while." My voice was miffled as I mumbled it into James' neck, pressing a light kiss there. "Perhaps you should go to sleep now, James. You need some rest."
