Brandon- I sigh a bit, ruffling my hair. Ok well... First thing I guess is that I don't know who my real parents are. All I know is that they ditched me at some orphanage. Then I was adopted by a couple. They already had two other adopted kids. And they used all three of us to pull of crimes. Not to mention they attempted to brainwash us to get us to go along with it... Worked on the other two. Not me. I got out. There was more to it than that but I would rather not mention the training sessions,lack of sleep, food, and water. Or any of the other stuff really. I was staring off into nothing and I'm sure my face looked dark...

My eyes widened upon hearing Brandon's story. "Wow, you've had a really tough life." So tough that it made my past look like a stroll in the park - it certainly didn't feel that way though... Anyway, I needed to turn this conversation happy. I refused to make Brandon upset by talking about how messed up his life was, I needed to cheer him up. "But, if you think about it, if none of that had happened, then you wouldn't be where you are today, and you probably wouldn't be the person you are today either." I gave him a small smile, hoping that my words would make him see the positivity in his past. In theory it should, I mean, I said that to myself all the time and I seemed to be pretty fine.
