Thanks scampi. I don't know just haven't been feeling that happy lately, and the nightmares have been getting worse so idk :/ normally my boyfriend cheers me up but I don't want to hug him all the time and yea

Can't you just see a counselor anyway? I mean, you're old enough to not need your parents' permission to see counselor.

Um not really, I'm sixteen and either way I'd have no way to get there, I can't sign off to give them my medical records so no I really can't :/

I'm out of school and my counselor a are idiots and I wouldn't tell them anything because they just tell your parents. It's happened to multiple friends of mine. Besides I don't even know what I'd talk about
