I returned Rose's kiss, the hand that was playing with her hair getting lost in the brunette waves for a gentle moment before our lips parted. I smiled down at my girlfriend, giving a gentle nod, even though I felt that her question had been rhetorical. "Technically, we're not in bed, we're on the bed." I pointed out, adding, "But I've got to admit that I actually kinda like this position." I didn't necessarily mean it in a sexual way, but this position really did seem kinda sexual. Not that I particularly minded, I mean, I know Rose and I were taking it slow, but that didn't mean I didn't have these... Feelings for her, if you know what I mean.

As soon as James hung up, I got to work, first making sure the camera was off, then tidying my bedroom, which was where my computer was and where I did the vlogs from. I had no idea what we were going to talk about on the vlog - I honestly knew nothing about Maria's boyfriend, just that he seemed to be the oppposite of her - but hopefully we'd be able to figure that out. Once the room was set up, I attempted to tidy the rest of the apartment, or at least the living room, setting out a box of cookies and a couple cans of soda on the coffee table for my guest. As soon as I heard a knock at the door, I skidded over to it - wooden floors and socks made for a lot of sliding - and answered. "Hi there!" I greeted James, stepping out of the way to let him in. "Come on in. Would you like cookies or soda? Or anything else; I have loads of snacks available if you want something else."

"Smartass." I replied, laughing softly at him correcting me. "I like it too. It just has..a feeling to it I really cant explain." I lifted my arms and wrapped them around his neck, only to slide my hands into his hair insted, playing with the short strands "Im planning on applying for my job tomorrow. Since well, im too tired to do anything today." Maybe a little kissing here and there was nice. I wasnt too lazy to do some of that. The look on his face was calm, which I liked. Leaning up, I pressed soft kisses to his jaw

James smiled as he sen Laura, he then stepped in when she invited him in "I'm fine for the moment." he told her, smiling softly at her "Thank you for taking time to see me today." he looked at the cookies on the coffee table and was tempted to eat one but sugar really wasnt something he liked. Well, except for sugar in alcohol. He turned to her "So are you ready to hear my plans for Maria?" he asked with a grin "Dont forget I also need the key. But you can give me that before I leave, not at this very moment" he informed her, wlaking to the couch and sitting down

Ok, cool. I got back from town a couple hours ago. My friends where showing me pictures of this girl and they were like 'She's short and she's into creative writing and she's really adorable. She'd be great for you!' ... But she lives in Kent. Why did they get my hopes up when it's unlikely I'll ever actually meet her? >.<

Now if you'll excuse me, I've finished putting the songs from Future Hearts onto my phone (it took forever to import the album onto the laptop >.<) so now it's time to dance cause they're all awesome X3

"Too tired to do anything, huh?" I smirked, enjoying the feel of kisses on my jaw. "Well that sucks, 'cause I was kinda enjoying this." chuckling, I got off of Rose and lied down next to her. "I think you'll be able to find a job easily, I mean, it's California, there's loads of pools that need lifeguards. And most people hate working on the weekends, so there'll be plenty of weekend work for you. I just hope you don't mind me visiting you at work sometimes." I wouldn't pretend to drown like we had joked about, but it woudn't hurt to visit her and wath her save lives and stuff; that'd be pretty cool.

"Don't worry, I wont forget about the key, as long as you don't forget to bring it back." Smiling, I settled down on the arm of the couch and grabbed a can of soda. After opening it and taking a sip, I turned a little to face James more and spoke up. "So, what's this mysterious surprise you're planning for Maria? I wanna know all the details." Even without knowing all the details, I knew that this was going to be amazing, because no one was ever able to keep secrets from Maria! She had ways of finding out the truth somehow - kinda like me, I guess - so the thought of her own boyfriend keeping secrets from her was just... It'd be so awesome if he could actually pull this off without her figuring out what was going on!
