Even if I do that it dont work. this is what I do

Wake up (and do the hygene stuff) ->computer -> eat lunch at the comp -> eat dinner -> stay on the comp till 11pm -> sleep

add church in that chain if its a sunday, but thats what I do..all. day.

Try a walk after breakfast, don't eat lunch at the comp and like I said, find a hobby.
