"Oh." Of course, Luna had never been in love. She had never even seen love in movies and books like any normal child would've by now. In the orphanage, she had been completely deprived of love and all love-related things besides Smarty, so it came as no surprise that she didn't know much about it, heck, she was only guessing it was a good thing because whenever Jack and Alex were together they seemed happy. Maybe now was the time to learn about it. "What's love like?" She murmured into Jack's shoulder, tilting her head so that she could look at him while he was talking, even if his face was too close to see much more than pale skin.

Since I have...Other problems that have something to do with the mind. But there are vampires that could read minds. Some could even feed off emotions. Its crazy what you find out." she stood in front of him and held her hand out to him "Come on. I think its about time I bring you to the mansion."

Mike: "Woah," I murmured unde my breath in awe. There were all sorts of different kinds of vampires according to this girl. It was all really very interesting to me. With one hand I grabbed my rucksack, and with the other I reached for her hand. I was overwhelmed by the amounot of force she pulled me up with. "You're very strong for a girl." I complimented her with a smile. "I'm Mike by the way."

Jack: I didn't speak for a moment. I was thinking about what to say so that she would understand. "Love is a really strong feeling that makes you feel really good about yourself. It let's you know that someone cares about you." I smiled at her. "Love is putting somebody's needde before your own."

Somebody else's needs before your own? Luna dwelled on this and then gace Jack the most questioning look a 7 year old could muster. "Does that mean you love me too?" She decided that she should explain further in case her 'Daddy' was confused. "Because you don't need to adopt me, but you're doing it because I need to stay away from the orphanage, so that means you love me, right?" Now she felt like trying to show Jack she loved him too, but what needs did Jack have that she could put above her own?
