I think Rickie's about to freak out. I followed her and Terry up the staircase and down the corridor. The candles flickered eerily and I kept feeling that they would go out and we would be stuck and without lights. Let's hope for the positive though, I told myself.

I've decided that too many of my characters' names end in 'ie' or 'ly' I would do something about this, but then they're names would sound weird to me or another character has that name. Should I change their names?

I stood by the stove and watched, while silently remembering all of it in my head, slightly smiling at her humming.

I was hyperventilating. We were trapped. In a dark corridor. The lights would go out any minute. Oh god, we were gonna die down here. I had to stop. I leaned against the wall, hyperventilating.
