Alexander reached out to the other baby, wanting to at least have some contact with him. Especially being curious about another being who had been in front of him and was just as small

"I believe that would be a good idea. It's about time Arthur got to know people outside of his family and socialise with other babies." I looked between the two boys, laughing slightly as Arthur tried reaching out to poke Alexander's cheek, copying Cayden; my son was such a copycat at times. Instead of touching his cheek, however, Arthur's index finger reached Alexander's hand. My little boy seemed to find delight in that and began giggling, waving his arms up and down excitedly. "Perhaps, if you have some free time, you would like to join us now? I already have a play mat set out and both children seem to be wide awake so it might be a good time to let them play together." I suggested with a friendly smile. I was not usually one to make friends, least of all male friends, but perhaps it was time to at least try to change that. I didn't even need to be popular, I just needed to make a friend or two in this place since I had been here... Well over 3 years, if Kiara's mother and I really met here and it seemed that I had only been able to make exes.

Cayden::
I looked at the two boys. They seemed to like each other. Plus, I didn't really have much of anything to do and joe seemed like a nice guy so why not? "Sure that would be great. I think it would be great if Alexander had a friend here." Alexander started squirming as I said this and I looked down at him. "Hey bud calm down you can play in a second okay? I promise." I watched as he looked up at me to the other child. "Yea I think that would definitely be a good idea."

"Alexander certainly is eager." I chuckled softly, sitting down cross legged and placing Arthur out in front of me. He was only just learning to sit upright by himself and could only do so for roughly 10 seconds - I had timed it one day out of curiosity - so I still had to support him, as I was now, using my crossed legs as if they were the back support of a chair. "If you don't mind my asking, how old is your son?" I asked Cayden, playing with Arthur's dark brown hair a little as he reached up towards Alexander, making little cooing noises as if calling out to the other baby. It was rather adorable, actually, I just wished Ryan wasn't so busy working on her book right now because she was missing out on our son's first interactions with a fellow child.

Cayden::
"Yes he's always been a very energetic and social little guy." I sat down and carefully set down Alexander. At this point he could pretty much sit up by himself, but me being the paranoid father I was, always kept atleast one hand on his back. After all, I wouldn't want him tumbling over and hurting himself. "Yes you can ask. He's a little over six months old." I watched as the two babies reached towards each other making the cute little noises babies always did. "What about Arthur? How old is your son?"

"Arthur is just over 5 months old, so he's a little younger than your son." Still, not much younger so perhaps - and this was going out on a limb - my son might be able to have a childhood friend in Alexander, until they grew up and went their separate ways. "Arthur was actually born on October 31st - Halloween night - which my fiancée and I find quite humorous given the fact that he is a werewolf. His birth had impeccable timing, don't you think?" I watched as Arthur played with his hands a little, then reached out towards Alexander. As Arthur leaned forward more and more, he eventually ran out of strength to keep himself up. Luckily I was able to reach out and stop him from hurting himself and instead shuffled the both of us forward more, so that he could easily reach out towards his little friend and touch him.

Alexander giggled softly, managing to touch his friend's hands as he reached them out. Alexander just started speaking jibberish

Cayden::
"Really? Well that means they're almost the same age and they'll probably be in the same class at school." I helped joe rearrange the boys so neither of them could get injuries. They certainly seemed to be taking to each other well. "Oh that is an old birthday. But a very appropriate one. Little Alexander is a vampire. Unfortunately though he doesn't have an ironic birthday. But we still love him." I chuckled and kissed the top of my sons head and watched as he sat fixed on his new little friend.

"A vampire and a werewolf, hm? That would make an odd friendship indeed. Then again, Arthur's sisters are both partially vampires so I'm sure that having a vampire friend wouldn't be a problem for him." As I spoke, Arthur reached out and tapped Alexander's shoulder, then tapped it again and laughed. He then began to make cooing noises, as if trying to communicate despite not knowing how to speak. "It certainly doesn't seem like it is a problem right now, at least." I commented before looking to Cayden and asking, "So, you are a vampire? And your partner, also?"
((It's weird when you think that, if it was the old Joe, Cayden and Alexander would've been dead by now. Thank goodness Joe's changed and can't even remember his past!))

(Why what happened?)

Cayden::
"Yes hopefully it won't be a problem because these two certainly do seem to like each other very much." He watched as Alexander poked Arthur's nose and then held his hand, cooing. "Yes. My fiancée Elena and I are both vampires. Although I was changed I wasn't born a vampire. Your daughters' mother was a vampire? That must've been an interesting combination for you two. I've never heard of it happening before."

Well if you drink a warlock's blood, you gain their powers for a limited amount of time ((I made that up, not sure if it's true)) and when he went to school for the supernatural as a child it was mostly the vampire children who tried to get his powers. Sooo... Yeah... The way he was treated in school made him into a psychopathic killer and Vampires were his worst enemies until he somehow fell for Lucy... Still dunno how the heck that happened but meh, oh well!

"Hm? Oh, no, I am not the one who gave Arthur his werewolf genes, that is all his mother's doing." I quickly explained, correcting what Cayden had assumed to be a werewolf and vampire relationship. "I myself am a Warlock; a male witch, so to speak. My oldest child, Kiara, also possesses witchcraft, but is the only child capable of such magic - the sorcerer genes only get carried down to the firstborn, usually." Although in my family's case it was carried down to the 2nd and 3rd born. Huh. That made me wonder about Arthur, actually. My family was full of strange anomalies- those possessing the genes when they shouldn't and those not possessing the genes when they should; would Arthur become an anomaly too? It seemed plausible. That is, until my son put Alexander's mouth in his hand. Nope, I highly doubted Arthur had the genes, otherwise he would've been smart enough to know that his friends hand was not a chew toy by now. "Arthur," I lightly scolded, reaching forward and removing Alexander's hand from my little boy's mouth. "That is not the way we treat our friends."

"Ohhhh interesting. I didn't know that. But I'm relatively knew to the while super natural thing. I've only been a vampire for a few years. There's definitely a lot to get used to and a lot to learn." I couldn't help but laugh as I saw Arthur try to eat Alexander's hand. "Maybe Arthur's getting some teeth." I wiped off my sons hand and smile. "These two are very cute together. Maybe they'll be friends when they're older."

So... Not many people on tonight, huh? Nope... Well then... If Elsa comes on, tell her I'll be here to pick her up roughly 10, maybe 11am her time and then we can head straight to mom's house. Wait a sec, are yo- Sorry, I've kinda got things I want to do before tomorrow! Bye! Smile*Wriggles out of Wolfie's grasp and leaves.* ... Just for that, I'm not telling her anything! *Sighs.* I'mma go to bed now so, goodnight guys...

I was a bit disappointed when TJ said they weren't dating, but there was still a chance! And she sounded really nice, and the way TJ smiled as he spoke about her... I could hear the wedding bells ringing already!!! As my son mentioned not saying embarassing things about him, I faked a frown, replying with, "Awww! But it's a mum's job to embarass her kiddy-winkies, especially in front of a potential girlfriend or boyfriend!" After a moment, the smile came back and I shook my head. "Don't worry, no embarassing things about you will be said," Or, a least, I'd try not to say embarassing things. "Heck, I'll do whatever it takes to help you impress this girl. If there's anything you need, just ask." I was sure that TJ would be able get a girlfriend, with or without the family's help. Wait a sec... If he got a girlfriend - and I know this wouldn't be his first girlfriend, but it'd be his first closer to the, uhh, 'frisky age' - that'd mean we'd have to give him the talk, right? Yeeeaaah, that was going to be Tyler's job, I'll just deal with Robyn in 16 years time!

I kept staring at the clock every 10 seconds, the boredom that came with never having to sleep taking it's toll. Humans didn't realise how lucky they were, they got to waste a good 10 hours a day sleeping, but I couldn't. Without those 10 hours, it left way too much free time and, after doing everything I could think of doing, I was waiting for 10am to come around. 9:59am, and that damned last minute was going so f***ing slow. I just wanted to wake up my girlfriend and do something with her, couldn't the clock speed up for that?! I took to pacing for a little bit, and then by the time I looked at the clock again, it was 10am. Finally! Beaming a grin, I ran into the room next door and climbed into bed next to the beautiful sleeping redhead, a hand tracing the curve of her hip lightly as I debated whether to be naughty or nice. Eventually, my niceness won out and instead of tickling my defenceless girlfriend, I kissed along her jaw to wake her up instead. "Alix, wakey wakey, it's morning." I practically purred into her ear before moving the kisses down to her neck, trying not to breath in her scent as well as trying to avoid kissing her pulse point, just to be on the safe side.

Yet another day of interviewing potential teachers for the school. I had been doing this for a week now, away from the mansion, but I had come up empty handed. Most of the teachers seemed to be either not qualified enough or simply wanted the job so that they could uncover the mansion's secrets. This was proving to be more tiresome than I had anticipated, but I still had high hopes that, by the time September came, we'd have the school open and running, even if I had to teach a few lessons myself. Setting down the CVs on the large oak desk in my office, I sat back in my chair and glanced towards the one of the few portraits of James and I that hung on the wall. "Your dream is coming true, my love." I told the painting, a small part of me wondering if I was even allowed to call him that, now that Daniel and I were some form of a couple. "I hope you are proud of what I have accomplished in your name. The James Knight Academy will give our younger residents a shining future, no matter who or what they are."

We'll be fine. She kept saying it, but would we? Geez, since when did I become so pessimistic? About parenting, the one thing that I was so excited for six months ago? Wasn't Dayna meant to be the one freaking out about giving birth to three babies? Wasn't I meant to be the one saying 'It'll be alright', not her? I still wasn't ok, but I had to be a man, for crying out loud, so I nodded my head. "Yeah, I'm ready to go home." I murmured, rising to my feet, albeit a little wobbly at first, before pulling Dayna up as well. Crumpling the paper bag and putting it in my pocket, I returned Dayna's kiss, then started walking towards the car. "Can we pick KJ up from Bex's a little later, though? Give me a couple hours to relax?" As we headed back towards the car, I tried to think of the positives here... Uhhh... Three cute babies with Dayna's smile and hopefully my blonde hair - Dayna and I did have a bet over whether they'd be blonde or ginger afterall -, uh three babies meant triple the hugs, triple the fun when they were old enough to run around and play games, triple the amount of kids to call me daddy - I knew KJ called my her dad, but I wasn't really her dad so, technically, it didn't count - triple the laughter, triple the amount of kids to tell bedtime stories to... Ok, yeah, I was starting to see a couple positives about this now, it just came with quite a few worrying negatives that we'd have to try and overcome...

O...k... He didn't like me already. Great! What did I even do wrong? I frowned a little but was soon being asked questions again. At least this was a fairly normal question, with a kinda complex answer. "We actually met when we were teenagers." I answered automatically, then realised the flaw in my words. The age difference! "I-I mean, I was a teenager, Sierra was 18 so... Yeah..." Trying to think my next words through more carefully, I walked over to my girlfriend and tried to hug her from behind as discreetly as possible. "We were at this place, like a residential place, because my adoptive father and I were meeting a friend and, well, I just saw Sierra there. I guess it was kinda crazy to fall for someone 4 years older and completely out of your league, but an incident with mistletoe helped me out and... Yeah. We had a little break-up for a few years and I joined the WRO - a kind of army-ish organisation - in that time, and then we found each other and started dating again." that was a very vague explanation, but how was I meant to include the suff about Sierra being a vampire when they didn't even know she was one! I didn't think they knew, anyway...

Vincent's eyebrow instantly raised. Pale? From lack of sunlight? Clearly his wife did not know him as well as he thought. "Lilly, I've been inhumanly pale since I was experimented on and no amount of sunlight will change that, I'm afraid." He pointed out, resisting the urge to roll his eyes. "But you're right, I would not have enjoyed the spa-" He wouldn't dare let a stranger see his gruesomely scarred body, it was a miracle he'd even let Lilly see it! "So the park was the better option."

"Sooo... That'll be 2 and 3a, right? But what about the b?" Peering down at the sheet again, I though long and hard before realising something. "Wait a sec, it's 2b, isn't it? But it's not, like, 12a plus b, you're actually timesing it by b, right?" When KJ nodded, I grinned and took the sheet and pencil back, scribbling down the answer, or what I thought was the answer - there was still a chance that I messed it up. "So that's 6a on the outside... Aaaand, 2b minus 3a - to make the a squared bit - on the inside." It looked right, so I smiled down at my work proudly. "Ok, 7 down, another 13 to go." And then the smile faded. "Oh boy, I'm doomed." Letting out a sigh of frustration, I looked around for a distraction, then noticed the older guy ghost peering over KJ's shoulder at her homework - the brother and sister were just playing in the corner of the room, not bothering us. moving my wheely chair closer to Kara-Jayne, I joined the guy in peering over her shoulder and curiously asked. "What's your homework about? It's English, right?" I guessed it was, anyway, because the English department used bright yellow books and Kara had a bright yellow book too."

"Yeah, you sound really sick. And you're really hot." I smirked at the double meaning. Let Trent make of that what he will; considering the fact that he was actually just a little warm in temperature, he'd probably take it the other way. Letting out a sigh, I sat up in the bed, running my hand through my hair before grabbing Trent's phone. "I don't know, Trenton, maybe you should just stay at home today, if you're not feeling well. Instead of really hard algebra, we can study video games instead. Now, should I phone the school or should you?" Even if he wanted me to phone the school, apparently - I discovered as I clicked a button on his shiny, fancy phone - I wouldn't be able too. Stupid password. What? Was he worried that someone would see his texts to his mommy or something?

"Oh, you have a plan?" My face lit up at all the possibilities; I had a funny feeling that Sam wouldn't give me any hints so the plan could literally be anything right now. "Well whatever the plan is, I'm sure I'll love it. As long as it doesn't involve, I don't know, me doing any work. Or wedding planning, for that matter, lets just take the day off from that." For a moment I ate my pancakes in silence and was almost tempted to lick the sauce off of the plate for a moment but I managed to resist. "I'll be right back." I told my fiancé before I got up, grabbing clothes from the drawers and heading into the bathroom. After showering, brushing my teeth and getting dressed, all of which took less than 10 minutes because I was so excited, I exited and quickly brushed through my messy auburn hair. "So does this plan require going outside of town or is it in town or is it in the mansion somewhere?" I asked, determined to get at least a little information out of my secretive Sam.

"Nope, I'm staying here for my birthday." I answered with a shrug that also helped to get Tucker off of my shoulder. "I really can't be bothered to get the plane tickets and deal with the flight so I'm just gonna talk to them on the laptop for a little while, then spend the rest of the day here with you." Which really wasn't that bad of a plan, actually, because I liked spending time with Dilynn, I mean, she was fun, cuddly, a sweetheart and really great company so I really had no objections to hanging out with her on my birthday. "Anyway, as for today," I pressed a quick kiss to Dilynn's head, resulting in a mouthful of hair from the position we were in, but it didn't really bother me. "I was thinking that maybe we could go out? Whether we bring Tucker or have someone dogsit is entirely up to you, but I think it's been a while since we went out on a date, don't you?"

((I'mma do a very strategic, subtle, magical change of location since Elsa's moved into the mansion now. So this takes place in her mansion room and... Yeah... ^_^))
As soon as the word 'Proud' was mentioned, it was like water had been thrown over the fire inside me. All anger instantly died out, first being replaced by shock. She was proud of me? It didn't seem like that a minute ago, but now she was saying she was proud of me... I don't think anyone had said they were proud of me since Mama and Papa were alive, and it had been even long since 'Noble' was used in a sentence directed at me. Did she really mean all of that? Even after all the mean things I just said? As my sister started walking towards the drawers, I felt the need to say something, anything. "Elsa, I-"

Shock turned to guilt as soon as I saw her put on gloves. No, what had I done? I had pushed too far, that's what I had done. Now Elsa was reverting back to her old ways and it was all my fault. I messed up, yet again. I always messed up. Why couldn't I just do one thing right for once without causing trouble? I wanted to speak again, to ask her - beg her, even - not to fall back into old habits like this but right now I was so scared that one more slip-up could lead to closed doors again and I... I just couldn't go through that again. No, it was probably best if I left before I made things worse, besides, I didn't exactly want to cry in front of my sister, or Yuffie and Sora. With that in mind, that only words I did say was a quiet, "I'm sorry." before I removed myself from the situation and left, pushing past Yuffie as I made my way back to my room in tears.

As soon as I saw Anna leave a room and push right past me, I knew something was really up, because it wasn't like her to push past people, especially me, her best friend - well, I thought I was her best friend, anyway. "Woah, hold on a second, what's wrong?" At the same time that I asked that question, Sora mumbled something that I didn't understand, which was weird because she was pretty good at talking nowadays. Anna didn't stop, though, even when I began to notice a blue aura-ish thing surrounding her; it was as if she didn't even realise it was there. I probably should've gone after her, but I couldn't just, like, disappear on Queen Elsa now that Anna had spoken to her about me and Sora being here! Taking a deep breath, I decided to man-up and peeked my head in the room. Queen Elsa had that weird blue aura too... No, I had to be imagining it; maybe I had been working too hard and it was affecting my brain. Before I could think about it more, Sora spoke up for me, grinning and waving at the woman in the room as if she had no idea what just went down between her and her sister. 'Hi!' She called with a giggle, ever the friendly toddler. I, however, was a little more apprehensive after hearing Anna shouting. "Uhh, yeah, hi, Your Majesty... Y'know, if this is bad timing, we could always do this another day, I mean, we kinda did show up unexpectedly so... Yeah... Rescheduling's cool with me if that's what you wanna do." I gave a little awkward laugh, feeling the tension in the air that had been left behind after Anna ran out. Geez, this was so awkward! I just waned to escape already!
((And so the body switching has begun-eth. Sora did the spell and then when Anna and Elsa wake up the next morning, boom! They're in each other's bodies! XD We should probably delay that part of the plan until Monday, though, so that Elsa can meet Justin's parents as herself first ^_^))

Today was just another day for me. like most days between 9am and 3pm I was teaching Hope math, science, English, History and, well, everything else normal 8 year olds learnt at school; just because Hope didn't go to school like normal kids, I didn't want her to fall too far behind. I guess I was more than just a sister for her, I was a sister, mom, best friend and teacher. It was tough sometimes, because it was so much responsibility to practically raise Hope but I was glad that it was going ok so far. Well, going well enough for Hope not to complain, at least, but I don't think she'd ever complain. Despite her age, Hope had an amazing sense of understanding - it was like a talent, no, a gift, even - and I think she understood how I gave up half of my childhood for her, just so that she could have a decent life where she wasn't neglected, so no matter how hard things got, she'd never dare complain about it, because she knows how lucky she is that someone's actually trying for her. 'Kiara! I did it!' I was snapped out of my thoughts by my 8 year old sister as she sat at my desk, waving the piece of paper above her. My eyes glanced to the clock. "Already? You've only been working on it for 5 minutes." 'But it was really easy, so I finished super quick.' She countered before adding, 'It was really easy because I have a great teacher, and a great sister, too.' My heart swelled with pride at those words, my eyes sparkling with emotional happy tears. As I walked over to hug the living daylights out of Hope before I set her something else to do, one thought ran through my mind: Yes, being a sister, mom, teacher and best friend was extremely hard, filled with pressure that someone my age shouldn't have to deal with, and things would only get tougher as life went on, but it was all worth it - Hope was worth it.

Ugh, I really hated sleeping in my own room now. I just hated waking up and having to drink stagnant water with my tablets since no one was there to get me fresh water, and I hated not being able to snuggle into anyone at night and... I don't know, I always worried that something was going to happen during the night and no one would realise it because I was alone. But there wasn't much I could do about it, since Kyle spent all of his money on the Girls Generation tickets. It was a really amazing present and I'd never forget it, but we had been saving up for a double bed so that I could move into his room, and now I'd have to wait even longer and, with summer around the corner, I'd probably have to sleep in my room more, otherwise it'd get too hot with both of us cramped in a little bed... Anyway, back in the real world and out of my thoughts: As usual, I waited half an hour for my tablets to kick in, simply playing with Sunny on the bed as I did so, before I even bothered getting up and doing anything. Once I wasn't so dizzy and bleh anymore, I got up, showered, brushed my teeth and hair and dressed in the bathroom. Then I took Sunny downstairs and got us both some breakfast; nommiful chicken for my puppy - the kind that was already cooked - and bacon sandwiches for me. When we were both done, I took some bacon sandwiches and orange juice up to Kyle's room. As I set his food down on the beside table, Sunny jumped up on the bed and started barking. "Shh, Sunny! Let him sleep longer!" I scolded my puppy as I picked her up, trying to figure out a way to calm her down. It was probably too late now, though, anyway, the naughty puppy had probably woken him up now. Woopsies!

Chloe's recording wet pretty well, actually. Bob Mason seemed happy with the songs and explained that he'd release them as singles for now and, if they did well, he'd consider letting Chloe release an album. Afterwards, we went to the cafe as planned, me opening the door for my friend. "I could pay for the both of us, if you want, unless you'd rather pay for yourself." I shrugged a little, not fussy either way. "But I'd highly recommend you let me pay for cake or something. Think of it as a celebratory gift for your first step to fame."

So the night out with Sammi, Chloe and Leah had been fun. I was perfectly fine in the morning, but I knew Sammi wouldn't be so, after pulling on some clothes, I grabbed a glass of water from downstairs and enough nutella-covered toast for the bot of us. Once I returned upstairs, I set the stuff down on the bedside table and got a headache tablet from the bathroom. "Babe, wakey wakey." I called softly, running my hand along her exposed thigh. "I've got breakfast and pain killers for you." If she refused to get up, I'd probably just pull the covers off of her and force her to deal with the cold morning air. Sure it'd be mean, but it'd be the fastest way to wake her up.

"If Arthur was teething, there'd probably be more crying, so I just think he was being curious. Still, I apologise for his actions." I watched as Arthur put his hand on Alexander's face, then moved it up into his hair, feeling the different textures; I secretly wondered how long it would take my little prince to realise that he, too, had hair and that it was also a different texture to his skin. "I do hope they are friends in the future. Hope has grown up with no friends besides her family - the same goes for Kiara, actually - and I wish not to let that happen a third time; children need friends just as much as they need parents. As for your limited experience with the supernatural world, there are many creatures here who are centuries older than you and I am sure that, if you had conversations with them, they would be able to help expand your knowledge further. If they don't wish to teach you, well, books are always a good fallback, but be warmed, they can often be innaccurate, especially if written by a human."

Morning. Good morning! Smile Why're you so happy? Because I've narrowed it down to 2 flats. One is for just one person and there's one that needs a roommate. Which one are you gonna take? *shrugs* Dunno, off to meet the girl who needs a roommate today. Oh okay. Let me know how that goes Smile

I dunno, I'm in a weird mood today XD But it would be handy if she prefered women, don't you think?
