Lilly: "you lose Cloud" she giggled "Yuffie is really getting married"

Lilly: "She didnt like people picking her and I believe her father got angry"

Tifa: "if course he would"

I nodded my head in agreement. "Mmm. I've only met Lord Godo once, but he seemed rather tight on traditions. I guess marrying someone of her choice was against the tradition."

Vincent shook his head. "The heir to the throne may only marry someone of pure Wutaian blood." He corrected Cloud. "In the past any Wutaian man or woman could only marry another Wutaian, but Lord Godo altered those rules after the death of his wife." As a half-Wutaian man, Vincent knew a lot about the history, culture and traditions of Wutai. But he was digressing, so he returned to his point. "Hayden is not of Wutaian blood, not even in the slightest, therefore Yuffie is currently breaking tradition through her engagement." For a moment Vincent pondered on another theory, though he quickly rejected it, knowing that Yuffie would never marry Hayden just to break a tradition.
