The House of Immortality

Josh: "I'm not using it to reject you. I want to be with you more then anything. I just don't want you regretting your decision." I looked at the floor. If I wanted this to work I'd have to tell her it was the only way. "I wasn't brought up like most people. My parents sold me within an hour of me being born. I got taken to a lab, I grew up in a dog crate getting experimented on every single day of my life. I got made into what I am. I didn't have a choice. They trained me to kill people. Luckily I managed to escape before my training was complete, so I didn't turn into a monster. But I remember every moment from there. I have nightmares about it. I know that sounds babyish but if you grew up with what I did youd have nightmares too. They scared me for life physically and mentally." I stood up and yanked my top off showing her my back. It was covered in hundreds of scars. Either from a whip, or knife, gun. "that's what happened every time I disobeyed them." I put my top back on and sat down. I couldn't make myself look at her. "your the only person in my whole intire life that knows, apart from them who suffered it with me."

Josh: I hugged her back. "I know I'm not. But 6 more months there and I would of been."

Josh: I shook my head. "they did it deep enough to cause a scar, but not deep enough to cause too much permanent damage." i buried my face in her hair. "but do you understand why I was conflicted. I want to be with you more then anything. Your the best thing that's ever happened to me. But I didn't want to burden you with my past."

Josh: I kissed the top of her head. "meeting you was my first ever happy memory"

Josh: I smiled and kissed her back on the lips. I didn't mind it know. She knew what she was getting into and by some miracle she still liked me.

Josh: I pulled her closer to me. I'd never kissed anyone before but I knew if my first kiss had been with someone else it would of been completely different.

Josh: I pulled back and rested my forehead against hers. "I love you Lyndsey" she was the one he knew it. He'd never been happier in his intire life.

Josh: I kissed her forehead, and took her hand walking back into the living room. He sat down on the couch and opened his arms inviting her in.

Lyndsey: She sits down next to him, under his arms. It felt even better now that she knew he loved her.

Josh: I wrapped my arms round her hugging her close to me. She fitted into my arms, perfectly as if she was made for them.

Was it scampi writing them earlier because lukes character seemed to completely change towards the end.

Lyndsey: She places one hand on his chest and smiles up at him.

Josh: I put one hand over hers holding it there. And the other one traced patterns into her back. I didn't understand why she liked it so much but since she did I kept doing it.

Josh: I frowned a bit remembering. "in the lab. It helped ease the pain of the punishments a bit. But it was also comforting and you needed comforting earlier that's what made me remember it"
